Based in Jimbaran, Bali, and SCBD area in Jakarta, we focus on fostering mindful decision-making, crafting impactful goals and brands, and implementing efficient business processes and organizational systems for sustainable superior performance.

As acquired by a global investment company, we will improve the systems, streamline the process, and develop the employees’ competencies for the holding company and its dozens of subsidiary companies. We also will diagnose and improve the alignment between holding and its across-industries subsidiaries. Moreover, we conduct public training based on mindfulness, happiness, and innovation to reprogram the brain to boost creativity, competencies, and well-being.

Your impact

  1. Conduct monthly/quarterly analysis against previous forecasts and budgets, reporting on any variances.
  2. Liaise with the managers of related departments and companies to obtain accounting and financial information.
  3. Support and ensure the accuracy of the monthly accounting closure process and update management reports.
  4. Prepare and validate accounting transactions following internal regulations, authorization/delegation rights, and proper allocation.
  5. Ensure all purchasing activities are documented in controlled procedures and undergo timely review.
  6. Establish and actively lead accounting team initiatives, including standardisation and/or efficiency projects.  Seek continuous improvements in the efficiency and standard of your own work and that of your team, provide guidance and mentorship to team members.

You will bring to the table

  1. Bachelor Degree from reputable university, major in Finance and Accounting.
  2. Proven experience as a Finance, Accounting and Purchasing professional and at least 3 years’ demonstrated experience in a leadership role.
  3. Deep interest and expertise in finance, accounting and procurement systems and digital capability and enablement.
  4. Being organised and being able to manage to timelines, and have meticulous attention to detail.
  5. Proven business acumen with a keen understanding of key business drivers.
  6. A mindset to seek continuous improvement in the efficiency and standard of your own work and that of your team.
