Based in Jimbaran, Bali, and SCBD area in Jakarta, we focus on fostering mindful decision-making, crafting impactful goals and brands, and implementing efficient business processes and organizational systems for sustainable superior performance.
As acquired by a global investment company, we will improve the systems, streamline the process, and develop the employees’ competencies for the holding company and its dozens of subsidiary companies. We also will diagnose and improve the alignment between holding and its across-industries subsidiaries. Moreover, we conduct public training based on mindfulness, happiness, and innovation to reprogram the brain to boost creativity, competencies, and well-being.
Your impact
- Provide expert advice and support to clients on a range of HRIS functions and implementation in various industries.
- Under broad direction, develop, review and implement HRIS including its relevant policies and procedures for clients.
- Exercise responsibility for the timely and successful completion of HRIS related project outcomes
- Undertake HRIS projects and activities that contribute to building a positive organisational environment.
- Contribute to the achievement of clients objectives, goals and priorities, through the application of knowledge, expertise and experience in HRIS.
You will bring to the table
- Master Degree from reputable university, preferable major in Business Management, Human Resources and IT
- Familiar with Human Capital roles end-to-end process
- Projects experience, being involved in and leading HRIS design and implementation projects
- Demonstrated organization transformation and change management experience in analysing, planning and managing people change
- Being organised and being able to manage to timelines
- Leveraging proven partnering skills to drive amazing employee and clients experiences
- Be adaptable and able to work in an environment that has periods of high activity (fast paced) and competing demands.
