Your impact

1. Provide expert advice and support to clients on a range of Organizational Development functions of some complexity in various industries.
2. Under broad direction, develop, review and implement organization goals, structure, systems, process, policies, and procedures for clients.
3. Exercise responsibility for the timely and successful completion of Organizational Development related project outcomes
4. Undertake Organizational Development projects and activities that contribute to building a positive organisational environment.
5. Contribute to the achievement of clients objectives, goals and priorities, through the application of knowledge, expertise and experience in Organizational Development.

You will bring to the table

1. Master Degree from reputable university, preferable major in Human Resources, Business Management, and Psychology
2. Projects experience, being involved in and leading elements of Organizational Development projects
3. Demonstrated change management experience in analysing, planning and managing people change
4. Being organised and being able to manage to timelines
5. Developing business acumen skills, by connecting people strategy to the achievement of business outcomes
6. Leveraging proven partnering skills to drive amazing employee and clients experiences
7. Be adaptable and able to work in an environment that has periods of high activity (fast paced) and competing demands.
